We set record traffic yesterday for page views and will use the rest of this article space to answer questions:
1. Who pays the restitution? Freddie Marshall Carson
2. How is he going to pay 700? The money will be here tomorrow, or perhaps the next person or persons who will be brought down will find it.
3. Where does the money come from for the restitution of over $700,000? He paid back $300,000 which was money he was hiding. We have our doubts he turned over everything he had.
4. Who are the victims that got paid and where did the money come from? I know this victim has never received a plug nickle? That was the money he was holding back.

Who is John Young?
Those of you that are listed in the original victims list need to pressure for the files to all be unsealed. This case was The USA vs. Carson. We are the USA and have a right to know the details, who got paid and any other information available.
He deserved every bit of what he got and some!!! I'm glad he got locked up and I hope when he gets to prison some of his prison mates will be glad he did to! :-) Now man up and PAY UP!!!!
How can you find out if you made the victims list and is everybody that's on the victims list the ones who so called got parts of the $300,000?
i don't know where they got that $$ figure. the amount owed me was given to the court (proven with supporting documents) and is about 3 times the amount of court-ordered restitution.
