The plea was sealed by the Court (which means he spilled the beans on some of his associates) and was sentenced to the maximum of 46 months for the 2 counts.
There were over 20 victim statements on this case which dealt primarily with "Masterworks Media"
Laura Baker (wife of David Baker) wrote a letter to the Judge asking for forgiveness for Carson.
Carson apologized to the Court and said he was "Sorry."
In our opinion he was sorry he was caught.
The Court ordered restitution of over $700,000 which originally was over $1,000,000 but some of the victims were paid.
After he gets out of Prison he will be on 3 years supervised probation.

Where does the money come from for the restitution of over $700,000?
Who are the victims that got paid and where did the money come from? I know this victim has never received a plug nickle.
